When you finished up, call came in for Willoughby and Kingsridge about 20 minutes ago. He said there was a male subject moaning loudly, either in the parking lot or from the nearby apartment complex. The noise then stopped, and now he says there's a male subject screaming and disturbing the area, no real description, and no 10-17.
