Units in 2 and citywide, we got shots fired in 38th and Langley. Langley in 38th. Caller states a few minutes ago he heard shots fired by 38th and Ellis. While they patrolling, they saw four male, one with backpacks, unknown if they had weapons in them. His E-mask was light-skinned, unknown code of description. Walking southbound. Nothing further, zone 7, clear.
