It's a female, Black, wearing a black hoodie, mustache color tights, armed with a handgun. Taken was $175. She was last seen running westbound towards Bremerton Co-Factory. Unit broadcast 2143, WPH 801. 519, you can show me in the area of Poplar and Truce. I'm not seeing anybody out here currently. 10-4.
