Starbucks 2602 North Proctor Street. The employee advised that the subject was drinking from a liquor bottle, walking in and out traffic. It's a Black female, 30s, 5'5", heavy-build, black hair and braids, green t-shirt, green tights. She was last seen eastbound North 26th Street, and she didn't leave her bag on the patio at Starbucks.
