One male Black juvie and three female Black juvies got out of an Uber from Cal City and was to be taking them to Palmdale. But DP, male Black adult driving a gray Honda, license plate of 8 Nora Robert Nora 477, drove them around for hours, refusing to let them get out. Tag is 271.
