Bravo 217, Bravo 215 for a well-being check at Kohl's, 2315 North 124th Street. There's two kids, approximately 4 to 5 years old, in a Nissan Rogue with a 10-20 to 671 Victor, X-ray King, in a handicapped spot. They're not in distress. Unknown how long the vehicle has been there.
