15. It came over as a suspicious auto, no occupants at Damon and Congress, Congress and Damon. Looks like it's going to be a black SUV with a temporary tag of 942 Adam Charlie 319. It ended in the middle of the road by two male blacks who took off running, going eastbound, both wearing all black clothing. We ran the plate, it's just got, it's not coming back.
