Unconfirmed 30 in the 40, Willis Avenue to East 135 Street. Two males were robbed two minutes ago. They were beaten up. Male Hispanic, wearing a white shirt, long black hair, and another male Hispanic, unknown clothing. Both perp's left on a scooter.
