2 Sam 31. 3803 South Warsaw Street, unit 15. On the 18th of this month, the caller's neighbor blocked her entrance to the elevator. The caller had to push the suspect out of her way, believes this to be harassment. Requests in-person contact. Looks like officers did respond out to the call, please stay out, but did not meet contact with the RP. Suspect is a Asian female, 40, 5'2", thin-build, gray shirt, jean shorts, and lives in unit 510.
