Charlie 347, copy, number 48 East, 9400 South. 48-year-old male, he's conscious, being alert, possibly intox, crashed his bicycle, drove to this location to report it. He is bleeding from his head, under control. Complainant is suspicious that he might be on drugs. He's acting erratically, saying he doesn't want the cops to show up. And I'm arriving on it. Bravo 367 at 1841.
