We have a security guard, security guard banks at MediPhysics GE Healthcare at 2001 South 37 is reporting that she sees a man with no shoes walking in the roadway, tall white male in an all black short set, last seen walking towards Hunger Task Force. She's just concerned because he has no shoes.
