1130 on 7 down, reckless activity at 3728 White Pine Road, 3728 White Pine Road, cross streets, Carrollwood Road and Foley's Quarters. Caller Brian is calling back. There are a bunch of kids outside riding electric scooters and dirt bikes. Caller listed at least three, and they're all males under 15. One's wearing a white tank top and green shorts. And we've also got a white male in his 40s, and they're riding a red and white bike and an electric scooter.
