Units in the 17th, I'm getting an EMS ticket, 4038 West Belmont, outside the McDonald's. Caller states a male apart from 35-years-old wearing a Mexico jersey walked into the McDonald's and requested EMS. He was slashed in the throat and seen dripping blood. Male is now standing outside McDonald's with one male and one female. Fire is en route.
