Alright, we'll let them handle that then. 2377 Victory, we got teens outside harassing people to buy cigars and drinking beer and refusing to leave. Says about six of them, two or three of them are on bicycles. They're all male, black teens in hoodies. And they're also drinking alcohol in the rear. Thank you.
