455, 495, 456. We have an armed male, 2-13, 23 South Wellington, Rosie Orange. It's a complainant involved with her 40-year-old son, Harris Orange. Male, Black, black shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, diagnosed with psychosis, paranoid schizophrenia. He's armed with a metal pipe and is threatening the complainant. He's in a den, heavily intoxicated, possibly on an influence of drugs. There's one juvenile on the scene, complainant female, Black, standing by his side, 1323 South Wellington, 425. 425.
