Subjects who were breaking into an abandoned house at 514 East Rimrock are now sitting at the bus stop where they were at the time of the call at that intersection. It was a black male with a black shirt and red boxers with a white bike and a white female with a red hat, a white tank top, a blue backpack, a white blanket, no weapons on either one. Complainant wants contact. He says he watches over the abandoned house and he has photos of them breaking in to you at 1532. 8.
