16. For a suspicious at the Costco, 27118 Gratiot. Caller said there was a white male, unknown description, that left in a blue Jeep Liberty, was taking pictures of her dress while she was in the parking lot loading her vehicle. She'll be waiting across from the gas station in a black Ford Escape.
