Information for units in the area of 4637 East Chandler Boulevard at the Kohl's. Just occurred, there's a white male with a red shirt, brown shorts, no weapons. He stole merchandise, was last seen running towards CVS on Chandler. Unknown if this is a false prosecution. Information at 1510. 46J, Sam. 468 Tom.
