He was seen running down Riverdale Ave approaching w231st Street before crossing to the east side of street and calapesing next to a parked car, on the sidewalk. Also, a news team from channel 12 was nearby doing an unrelated story and was able to aquire some video coverage. Members of NYS media relations were also present during the event.
