Northwest 23, information only. A vehicle with a person armed at Red and West 38th Street. The vehicle was last seen heading southbound on Lafayette. It's a Black male that's driving a gold SUV with a license plate Edward Nancy Charles 8508. Caught the caller out and pointed a firearm at her. Caller's not following and does not wish to speak with officers. 3700 North, 4300 West, information only.
