Every time I go in that area someone always walks in front of me and almost gets hit .they don't look when crossing the street.

Not surprising in the least bit for two reasons. 1. Most people in that area walk right out into the street in front of vehicles without a care in the world. 2. Most people that drive around that area drive like they’ve gotta be somewhere right now and they’re the only people on the road. They speed without even looking at the traffic light, the people crossing the street correctly, or the other people on the road.
