8th Street, need a traffic for a welfare check. 2 Lynn Road and Silverhill Road. 2 Lynn Road and Silverhill Road, at the Exxon gas station. A male yelling at a female in the house and put them out of the vehicle. Suspect's a Black male in his 40s, black shirt, red shorts, unknown shoes with dreads. He was in a truck with Virginia tags.
