And I know some cones were placed out for a manhole cover on Elmwood earlier today. I just got a call from somebody at 387 Elmwood. I think that's closer to Essex Road, not involved. Anyway, he's reporting DPW just replaced the manhole cover, but he believes it's not flush over there, and he thinks it's a road hazard. Could you check?
