Radio 18, got suspicious person, 1805, I'm sorry, 1805 North Sedgwick, 1805 North Sedgwick. There's a male in the caller's yard, he's out of town. There's a male, white, heavy set, orange vest, orange t-shirt, carrying a leaf blower. Also got servants with a mental at 1 East Delaware, a Starbucks. Male, black, red shirt and a wheelchair, talking to himself, possible care eligible. Caller disconnected when transferred to fire, so they are not going.
