I passed by there earlier around 12:37p, and we seen there was somebody sitting about 10 ft away from the dog with water and food, but it seemed like that person was there just to keep an eye on him.
Anybody know what happened? I tried to find him with no success
Tried to approach him to see if collar had tags. He’s very shy and kept going. I hope he doesn’t get hit and stays safe/ and not get too hot.
Oh no, please keep him or her safe!
