It's going to be at 3900 North Federal Highway, Sunoco. Complainant's Susie. Reference to a red older pickup, was seen driving reckless. Driver ran over a sign on 39th, just east of Federal on the north end side. Says the male vehicle is currently at that 10-20 via X-ray 36. They're vacuuming their vehicle. Case number 5121.
