CD off at 97 off Orient with an owner of a vehicle that stated that her vehicle, the license plates were taken. She parked the vehicle in front of 109 Orient yesterday at 2200 hours, returned to her vehicle today at 1100 hours and realized that the plates were taken. Unit tried to make contact in reference to getting footage, was unable to at this time. Could possibly get it from 109 Orient at a later date.
