713, 736B, advise. Just got a 4001 at 1903 East Overton. Comes to think, four Black males just got out of a red sedan in her backyard, left on foot down the alley towards Lancaster. They were taking off their shirts and threw unknown items into bushes. Could be related to that hit-and-run.
