14. Alright, double 14, this is an old suspicious person. It came over as Damon and Webster. The caller is not on scene, but he was told that a male was opening up Amazon packages, standing near the intersection. Unsure if the packages belonged to the male. Male, black, gray t-shirt and black sweatpants. The caller was also told that he may be intoxicated.
