30, 430. 430. He started to 1406 Small Downey Avenue, with bags in Keith Street. See the complainant here. Homeowner's calling in. They had a white male, curly hair, blue hoodie on. Tried getting in through their front door. He took off on foot towards Keith Street. This happened at least 20 minutes ago. They think he could still be in the area. He's always seen walking up and down the street. They did not see a weapon.
