Repeating to Niagara Active and Mercy EMS, rescue at the intersection of Packard and Young. There was a passerby that stated it was a male, about 30s, fell from a scooter with an ankle injury. Patient describes as a black male, black pants and a black shirt. BLS standard, FDMS, 0803 hours, neck and face, road clear.
