151, 301. I'm going to divert units for a priority call. Priority is going to be, is that a Rio Bravo? Once again, is that a Rio Bravo? It's going to be a 39, priority 1. CP's advising there's a male throwing rocks at cars by the Circle K. Gray t-shirt, jeans, older male, standing by the ditch, walking westbound. Looks like we have a second caller stating that the male is in lanes of 24, walking eastbound just before the river, waving his arms around.
