76 and K912. 12208 Canyon Road East. It's a vacant warehouse. The owner is watching on live video. Two males jumped the fully fenced yard and appear to be stealing batteries from the scissor lift. They're associated with a black or dark blue truck currently parked on the south side of the warehouse. They're no longer in camera view.
