911, 400 units, copy a traffic complaint, intersection of East Highway 34 and Celebrate Life Parkway. Caller advised there's going to be a black Ford crossover, two possible tags, D-E-U-S-6-4-3 or David Echo Union 5-6-4-3. Advise it's going to be an incarcerated driver, went across three lanes, almost got into an accident. 429.
