Bravo 211, Bravo 214, on the service road in front of Simon's Vettel's, 14780 West Greenfield Ave. Again, on the service road in front of that address. Caller's reporting a man with a woman in a wheelchair standing in the middle of that service road. The male's wearing a blue jacket, and the woman has a blue blanket around her. They were heading east but were stopped when the caller initially saw them. The woman in the wheelchair was crying, and the male looked upset.
