Palmdale 264, the handle for a 920 found, 37140 47th Street, East of Palmdale at Walmart. Found a male, White, 57, named in call, wearing a white shirt, gray pants, and a wheelchair. Male adult seems confused. Informant will make himself known with the male adult in front of the pharmacy entrance. And looks like medical doctor called back, DP is still at the loc. Tag 130.
