Information for units in the area of 40th Street and Thunderbird. It's going to be a 647 Victor broadcast. Five ago, saw a red truck, no info on the driver, pulled out a firearm at the sky, not seeing anybody. A complainant thought it was irresponsible way to handle a firearm. Last seen eastbound, her information only at 1744. 647 Victor.
