40. In the area of Rita's Italian Ice, 52 East Lawn Road, caller stating there's two kids are on a block of their, they're on an E-bike, 9 to 12-year-old male, no helmet. The kid is driving, wearing a white t-shirt, white male, kid on back, on back, also with a white cell phone in hand, heading towards Clippers Field, no adults in the area. 10-4, close it out, we'll check it out. 10-4, 2022.
