A male, White, 16-17, years of age, last seen wearing black pants and gray t-shirt, was running down Moreland after caller confronted him for stealing gold coins from him two months ago. The caller is standing by in the corner of Cleveland and Moreland on a scooter as he's disabled. Correction, the caller then moved to Moreland and Waukesha. 10-40. 300, I copy.
