Hey, what side of the parking lot is he going to be on? He's on that entrance exit off of 4500 South. He got out of his car. He's just standing there. 364, we're at 4500 South and State. Still have two units here in a minute. I got eyes on him, sitting at box elder. He's just walking around right now. 352, he's actually flagging me down, so I'm not too sure what's going on. See if I can make contact.

If there's anybody this far out that can stop and look at the RO's information, I got a good look at the driver. It's going to be a middle-aged to older white male with white hair.
