301 Rainer Avenue South, City Smoke Shop number 1. In the parking lot, a male hit the caller's friend's parked vehicle without providing any information. Suspect vehicle's still there. Sounds like they did end up speaking with the suspect, who refused to provide any information. The caller does have footage. It's going to be involving a suspect, white male, 20s, 5'11", slim-build, white shirt, oh, white and blue shirt, in a white Ford Fiat Boy Robert John 6135.
