Saw a Hispanic man wearing a white short and blue shorts, arguing aggressively with a Hispanic female. Unknown clothing description. He did say that, of course, the caller was hanging up. Couldn't see him anymore. Unsure if they went inside, Sherman, or just around the building. Be advised, we do have a officer safety alert in there as well for the party that lived in apartment 505. Again, 18 Sherman Street for the brief that's happening outside, 1754.
