I know I have the battery from him throwing the phone. She picked up the phone and he took the phone from her head. So, I was wondering if the 29 charge is going to be put as well. But, all he did was throw the phone to her? No, he threw the phone at her, hit her in the chest, and then I thought she picks it up and that's when he takes it from her head.

Go ahead. This is a DV case. I already spoke to DV. I just wanted to ask you something. In this case, it's a 55. At one point in the incident, the offender peeks the mother's home. So, he first said he was home to the mother. The mother picks up the phone, and then he takes the phone from her because she was trying to call the mother. I'd say it was a 29, but I wanted to run it through you guys and see what you guys think. Thank you.

units to assault. 06. Yeah, this is 95, so, um, I came to 1250 Northwest 53rd Street, reference to a 34. This was at a, uh, the complainant came to get his and his baby, his size male. And, he came outside, she stated that he left, possibly due to the fact that he hit her on the head with a plate and punched her in the face. Yes, ma'am.
