Broken. He fled. He was GOA when we arrived. We have him ID'd on David. We know who he is now. We have a border off, so we're out for now.Okay, but I also have the phone as well, right? I'm sorry, QSL, man? You said she currently has the camera and not still, right? QSL, she still has the phone. Is she going to the hospital or is she staying on scene? No, she's staying on scene. QSL, you can respond, man. QSL, 510, QSL, we'll be outside of the complex. Apartment 2.

4324 to Robert. Go ahead. Hey, how you doing, boss? So, I'm here at 510 North 17th Street. Made contact with the victim who, she was approached by the suspect. She does know him. He said he wanted to talk. He then ended up getting into a 34. That's when the suspect grabbed her by the shirt. The victim then pulled out her phone, took out 911. That's when he snitched the phone out of her hands. And then proceeded to throw the phone on the ground several times.
