There was a male outside the apartment building and said he needs to get away because he has a gun on him. The caller left the area and does not want contact. Again, no gun seen for what is now 927 in progress, 2411 19th Street.

The caller says they saw a subject with a gun. Subject was male, Black, 34, heavy build, black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and red shoes. The caller drove around the corner from the apartment.
