Nissan Baptist Church, 5446 South Birmingham. The pastor calling in, stating the last 20 minutes blocking the sidewalk is a white Chevy Cruze with a temp tango occupied by a white female, 60s, 5'5", thin-build, gray hair, gray and black flannel, and a white dress. She's not a parishioner of the church, just loitering and she's refusing to move her vehicle off the sidewalk. Appears to be high or mental health.
