18 John, that was last night. Sam Medic Engine 15, Medic 19 responding to the ALS seizure at Anacostia Library, 1800 Mary and Barry Avenue Southeast, cross of Thelma Jones Way. Station located at the bus stop. Look out for a Black male wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. Possibly actively seizing at 1223. Engine 15's en route to Tavisdale. I copy, Engine 15.
