6B, 31 Days. Have run into a suspicious vehicle, 6200 West Tidwell at the Ashbury Park Apartments. Caller reports a man in a green Cadillac sedan, license plate Victor Victor David 7525. Was masturbating in the vehicle, leaving at the gate while on the phone with a couple, one masturbating vehicle. Caller saw them all leaving at the gate.
