Incident 3437, 3438. 37. 438. Ampersand Towers, apartment 514 at 5 Bayard Road, off of Moorwood Avenue, comes on the fifth floor. There's contractors at the location that aren't supposed to be there and they're refusing to leave. The caller is the building manager.
