713, 715 to backup. I'm telling you now I've found the weapon for Dulany Valley Road and Lock Raven Reservoir. Caller's stating he parked in a little parking area near Lock Raven B9. He's walking towards the bridge about 20 feet from the road. Found an old revolver.
